Noone has banned smoking, you just have to exercise your choice in a smoking area. I find it hard to see the problem here.

In that context abortion is meaningless. Libertarians have no problem with abortion.

The law made the choice. I have no problem with it. If anything it means that there are more choices available to the majority who don't smoke. Smokers only have to smoke in their area, it's hardly a punishment.

It's one group of people forcing their will upon others. The bar owners didn't want to ban smoking in their bars...they were the biggest opponents of these smoking bans.

Of course the non smokers couldn't build their own non smoking bars, they had to force bar owners to ban smoking. I mean hey...why build a non smoking bar when you can force smoking bars to ban smoking?
