Really? Not in Alaska. In Alaska (other than Anchorage) the bar OWNER is allowed to make the choice of allowing smoking in "their establishment" and the people are allowed to make the "CHOICE" of entering said establishment.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's next on the commie lib agenda. It's like they can't make enough laws to make them happy. They are control freaks to the max...commies. They want everyone to conform to their way of thinking, living, etc... freedom of choice is not on the commie lib agenda, unless it's getting rid of those freedoms and making the choices for people. Commie libs don't like those words "freedom of choice"...unless of course it's "abortion"....then they are all for it.

Again it's about adults having choice. Alaskan "adults" are allowed to grow and smoke weed...again it's our choice as adults. It's what this country used to be about...freedom of choice. Too bad the commie libs want to take all that away from us.
