So my husband received a letter yesterday from USCIS as a reminder that we have to file a joint petition I-751 to remove the condition. The letter came addressed to our old address (thank God its my parents address).

My question is do we have to file change of address with I-751 or do we file the I-751 with our current address and list our previous address (i think the form asks for previous address i think in part 3)

Any thought???

I had filed AR-11 when we moved to our new home. Still we got a letter on our old address forwarded by USPS to the new home saying "Don't forget to Remove Conditions" and so on. I won't worry too much about this. I am sending my packet in about a week and I am going to list all the addresses in a sheet I have lived in past two years and also would send the copy of the AR-11 successful filing.

Also I am sure 751 only asks your current address. Although you can include list of addresses lived in past two years kind of thing. This way you can show some evidence from the old address as well.

Good luck
