Timeline

:( Initially filed w/ Chicago.

Got transfered to Miami SC.

The interview with no answer & the wait ...it has been 4 month already... :huh:

Does anyone know if Miami is especially slow?

Sept.01, 2009.....biometric appointment

Sept.12, 2009.....rcved interview letter

Oct. 19, 2009.....date of interview....passed!!!!!

Nov. 18, 2009.....Oath Ceremony...yahooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

Yes, We did today...Our i-485 date is 2nd of september 05...and in Mimai sc they are processing the 12th of septmber.

They told us they can not make any inquiries until 30 days past the processing date...pushing the wait for 1 more month... :crying:

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

Yes we had our interview on May 17th 06...it wasn't one of the nice interviews...

And he never told us about the outcome of the interview...

we're still waiting.

He must have given you some sort of answer. Did he say I have to check some more things, I will let you know once a decision is made, we have to wait for your FBI name check to clear or anything similar to that?
