30% of the population represented in 64% of new HIV infections for 2009. That is a huge disparity compared to the other 70%, including whites. It is what it is.

The authors? The fact that the data says that the incidence of new infections occurs more in gay blacks more than in gay whites? Not sure what you're trying to label as bigotry.
