Hello....

My case is now currently at NVC, i've already sent my DS 3032 but haven't got case # for my son yet.

This morning, my husband called NVC and they told him that they've received my son's files and they put it together with mine, and then he told him that he only need to do one AOS payment.

My question is,

1. Does my son's case # same with mine?? for note, we filed I-130 separately

2. What about the AOS payment?? does my husband only need to do one payment?? *he just paid it.

3. Does it mean that my husband only need to send one AOS package?? for both of us (me and my son)

3. If it is true that he has the same case # as mine, how's his IV payment, his DS230 documents, do i send them together with mine??

I'm sorry, i'm very confused here and any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you

That is true that NVC would have better answer but isn't it gonna be best if the other member who experienced the same problem would share it with me? and i bet i'm not the only mother here who also bring her child immigrating with her.

Thank you
