Interview date??

We got our case complete on August 2nd. Wondering when I can expect to receive our appointment date for the interview? Of course the automated NVC system says I should hear something in 8 weeks. I haven't tried speaking to the operator but I've found them to be completely useless in the past. Anyone know? Thanks.

Look at people's timelines doing k-1s in Mexico. I think we got our letter one month after NVC completing.

I hope it's less than one month. I was thinking like less than a week lol. I think CR-1 visas are different though when it comes to scheduling the appt. but I really don't know.

No idea about CDJ, but our interview in Costa Rica was scheduled one day after case closed--what is clear is that every consulate is different.
