Filled in wrong embassy on F-129

So I'm cruising the monterrey site, since that is the closest consulate to where my fiance will be once he returns to Mexico, and I find this :

"Immigrant Visas

The United States Consulate General in Monterrey, DOES NOT process V or K visa types. These visas are processed in the United States Consulate in Ciudad Juarez."

What the heck am I suppose to do? Am I going to get an RFE on my application because I put monterrey down as the embassy/consulate he would apply for his visa at?

I sent in my F-129 packet yesterday is there anyway i can send them a correction notice to communicate that I didn't know this? also he practically lives in Tampico, and the drive to Juarez is like going through death valley for an innocent citizen... will the UCIS take this into consideration for where they schedule his interview?

Help, please...

Also, no, don't sent in a correction form. IF you get an RFE then wait for that. It won't add many days to your process. But sending in information now, what good would it do? They have no formal paperwork saying the need a correction for anything. Which means your petition is sitting and waiting with piles of other petitions...which no one will look at until it's your petition's turn to be looked at or needs to be looked at (i.e. an RFE).

I'm sure things will work out fine in the long run. :)

Don't send anything else in. It won't ever be matched up with your petition. It was an honest mistake. They know the only consulate that processes K-1 visas is Juarez. It will most likely be sent to Juarez with no problems or delays.
