Waiting AOS to be invoiced

Hi All,

I thought I'd start this thread so those in the same position can see where others are at.

Got NVC case number and Invoice ID on Monday 1st August. I was hoping our AOS would be available to pay today, but it seems not.

Can log in to the portal fine but it still states that AOS is Not Invoiced.

Anyone else in a similar situation.?

I'm so bored of refreshing and waiting.

Filling for CR1 Visa

USCIS: I-130 CSC

03/18/2011 - Mailed I-130

03/21/2011 - I-130 signed for at Chicago Lockbox

03/24/2011 - NOA1 California Service Center

03/29/2011 - NOA1 hard copy received

06/29/2011 - NOA2 Received

07/05/2011- NOA2 hard copy received

Your I-130 was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

07/26/2011 - Case received by NVC

08/01/2011 - Received NVC Case # and IIN

08/01/2011 - Emailed DS-3032

08/03/2011 - Emailed DS-3032 (Again, noticed an error on the first one)

08/08/2011 - AOS Bill generated and PAID

08/09/2011 - AOS Status changed to paid - cover page printed

you have to wait until NVC send you an email first.

When I got my case and invoice number on the July 28th and i signed in to pay my AOS fee is show "not invoiced" but then after 4 business days later i can paid...

You will have it in 3 - 4 days. Hopefully Monday.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

If you compare my time line in sig to that of NavyK to see roughly how long each path takes. As soon as we had a status updated to the next step, I took action.

The weekends are such a pain, and the payment portal takes strange amounts of time to generate and then complete payments.

Every day is agony - but keep calling and keep checking that payment system! I happened to have it flipping b/w screens when our AOS turned to PAID - you never know when status changes will happen!

Same problem here. I have the electronic processing case number, the IIN, can long in but it says not invoiced. I am also a bit concerned that I got an email response saying "undergoing additional processing". Don't know what that means. I hadly submitted anything to NVC, just teh DS-3032, what is it to be additionally processed?

Calling NVC is no use. They keep saying my case is not invoiced yet. It takes 10 to 20 business days from the time the case is entered into the NVC computer system. I guess they are deliberately delaying sending invoices and instruction packages in order to throttle their case load to what they can handle at the moment.

Oh well have to wait, then.

I still get no invoice or instruction package so far. It's been two full weeks since I got the case number and invoice ID. Any one else experienced such long wait after getting the NVC case number?
