But if CO doesn't raise/ find it, just keep quite and take your visa.

I DO NOT agree with that. I would correct it regardless if they found it or not. Have the beneficiary be ready to submit a corrected DS-230. You never know...say when you do AOS and it was not corrected, it can open up one hell of a can of worms.

No one wants to go thru that.

The AVR NEVER updated right away with any of the steps on our case. It always updated overnight. So I wouldnt say that it updates automatically the instant it's done. That's not true.

How soon did you guys start getting updates on your AOS and IV packats via the AVR?

I am still at the "a packet of info has been sent to the approved agent of this case"

They got the AOS packet last Thursday.

No one wants to go thru that.

The good thing that my wife get a certified marriage certificate is show the 28th to submit with DS-230 but the I-130 I put 27th because i used the date that the embassy officer signed on the original marriage certificate.

Well lets hope it's the same in my case. When it gets to after normal business hours I give up for the day. If they both get processed this week I'll be happy but I would like to know that it's at least in the system for being there even if it hasn't be reviewed!

10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
