"The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial evidence. The NVC mailed a checklist letter on 08/11/11..." It seems like the AVR message takes two days for the information to be updated. I have had this message since yesterday. Has anyone else noticed the 2 day delay?

The AVR NEVER updated right away with any of the steps on our case. It always updated overnight. So I wouldnt say that it updates automatically the instant it's done. That's not true.

I checked the AVR today and it said case completed on August 11, 2011. Now I'm waiting for interview date. I don't know how long it takes to get interview date from USEM in Jakarta.

today i opened my email to get my delayed RFE for the IV application....almost scared me but I think it's only for the entire IV application which the AVR says they received the response to their checklist so quite a delay....Hoping tomorrow is our day for those waiting!

Yeah, a lot of false RFEs are coming out of the AVR.

If you have a doubt about an RFE...CALL THE OPERATORS!

They can tell you what is exactly going on with your case!

Unfortunately the Operator doesn't know - in my case AVR states that they received the documents as per check list (AOS) on 8/11/11 around 2 PM. So I called Operator, who says that he doesn't know about it until the process is completed and entered in the system. And I get another false AFE on 8/13/11 (first RFE email came on 8/11/11). Generally AVR is a bit behind the information that Operator provides but this time it is not - Will have to wait till Monday to figure this out.

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)

Navy- I think it's possible. I called this morning asking about my RFE and she goes don't worry about it your case is complete!!!! and they will finish scheduling september interviews at the end of this week!!!!! Good luck today keep me posted!

I think the busier consulates are better staffed. Mine doesn't have an overload of IVs and my appointment is the end of Septebmer already. But busier places like Manila and Mumbai seem to have slots earlier in the month.
