Your husband will need a new I-864 at his interview. It is required to update the I-864 if there is a material change before a visa is granted. Having a baby is material change because it increases your household count by one.

thanx ...so i don't need to send new 1-864 to NVC ? my husband can take that with him at interview time right ?

The best solution for you only person i can provide you since i went through similiar situation. My I -130 case approved last year around July and immediate got an case # and NVC processed my case, I realized that my wife was little over 8 month pregrant, I wouldn't able to finish NVC process even PD wasn't current. Anyway So I called NVC and Spoke to Supervisor SUE, SHe was very nice to me, Here is what she told me over the phone:

Q: My wife 8 months pregrant what should i do to expedite the case:

Ans: Paid all the fees and wait till baby born and send us birth certificate via email, we will include your child at same petition.

So i was waited till my son born in September, then I emailed birth certificate. After week later I received another IV fee bill which was for my son, i can see in the NVC payment portal my son name on it.

After paid the fees & i sent all the documents and case was completed. No hassle at all.

In your situation baby born after your case completed.

I would highly recommend you that Just send an email to NVC with attached your child birth certificate and pay the fees and also updated your Affidavit of support with NVC as soon as possible before you got an interview. otherwise you never know if US embassy what ask you at time of interview about child! I am sure you have to pay for IV fee for the child and also update your affidavit support.

If i were situation I would do call NVC and ask for supervisor to looking for solution.

Sometime US embassy ask for child DNA, which is Pain in the butt: atleast 3-6 months for DNA process.

Good Luck!!
