Got an answer on our visa today. Call the embassy from here in the Philippines at 02-301-2000 ext 5184. Immediately someone answered and after giving our case number she stated that the visa was printed the following day on the 2nd. She told me to call 2go at 02-528-7136. Got a phone tree that was a little confusing and after hearing all about their website and how you can do everything from there they hang up on you…. Yea right…. AHHHHH. Called back again and just chose option 1. Trucking shipments or something like that. But I did manage to get someone to answer and after giving my fiancées first and last name they located the visa.

Back when we made the appointment for the embassy interview I did it online and they give you options of how you want the visa delivered. My Fiancée lives in a remote part of Iloilo and there is no delivery service there, so we chose to pick it up at a location provided by the embassy online appointment system. Well that location is no longer in business so the guy from 2go gave us a new location to pick it up near the Manila airport today.

And just to find out if it works, I again tried the 2go tracking system. Still says invalid so don’t count on there tracking system. LOL, For sure it’s not Fedex or UPS.Best to all.....
