I e-file so there is nowhere to sign. I have a cover sheet from my accountant that I sign for his records, and my IRS signature is a PIN number. My fiance has my tax return for 2010 and they did not ask for anything prior but the form said it was okay to submit. My tax cover sheet shows the last two years so I put that data in.

Of course once we file for AOS I can have everything. I wish the I-134 stated if notarization is needed or not. Should I do another one notarized?

K-1 Journey

03-03-2011 - Mailed I-129F application.

03-06-2011 - Packet received in Texas.

03-23-2011 - NOA1 received in mail, dated 03-09-2011.

05-31-2011 - RFE requested. They want better passport pictures of me.

06-06-2011 - Additional passport pics sent.

06-08-2011 - Evidence received and acknowledged. Whew!

06-16-2011 - NOA2 received!

07-20-2011 - Packet 3 Received!

08-01-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy.

08-22-2011 - Packet 4 Received!

09-19-2011 - Interview...APPROVED!

09-23-2011 - Visa in Hand

09-29-2011 - POE LAX

11-11-2011 - Wedding at 11:11pm GMT time.

12-02-2011 - Mailed in AOS/EAD/AP paperwork.

02-08-2012 - EAD/AP card received.

02-21-2012 - AOS interview approved. EAD/AP card confiscated.

It says on the instructions that it need not be notarized.Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong. We didn't get ours notarized and the embassy didn't complain.

Okay I will skip that part. All she has now is the tax form for 2010. I guess I will send pay stubs and ask for an employer letter to be sure. You'd think they could just run my social security number for reported income!

No, dont expect them to do any work to be honest. Get an original employers letter and send that. Also send a letter from the bank, original as well, stating what your funds are and the status of your account. I am not sure how e-filing works but I took in 2 originals and each had one copy. Alongside, I took his tax returns and W2's. Try to send the sponsorship stuff as originals because as much as they seem relaxed about certain things, its the CO's mood that can determine their requirements. Don't take any chances.

The bank funds are optional. I decided to leave out all that part, mostly because thanks to the economy my house is under water and would show a negative. My income is qualifying on its own.

That should be okay to be honest. When I was called up for my interview, she didn't actually look at any of the evidence I took in except for the i134 itself..
