I am so happy. Couple minutes ago, I got text message from USCIS informed my petition I-130 was approved. I specially thank to VJ members: Anh Map, Marjus 's girl, Lidra &JB, Eabbas, JimvaPhoung for your support and advise. I want to share my experience with those who might have the same problem like me. I filed my petition I-129F last March 2010 and the case was denied last November 2010. The case sent back to USCIS and I received the notice that my petition was expired. I got married on March 2011 and filed I-130 form at the same month. I received RFE from USCIS for bona fide marriage relationship on July 6, 2011. I posted my RFE on visa journey. I was so worried and tried to gather all the evidences to prove for our relationship. I sent them 4 evidence folders. I was lucky because my office has a bider machine so I can organize all of the documents very neat and clear. the 1st folder was included my timeline, the letter of my wife from VN with my translation and public notary, about 50 pictures of us from the first day we met until now. I tried to pick the best ones, some were only 2 of us, some were with our relatives and friends, the affidavit support letters for our relationship from my mother, my best friend, her parents, her sisters and her aunt (all of the letters from her side I translated to English with public notary). The 2nd and 3rd folder were included our phone bills, e-mail, chat, money transfer receipts sent to my wife, my 4 times airline tickets to VN, copy of my passport with stamped from Vietnamese custom, my life insurance with her name as a beneficiary, e-mails contact with HCMC during the before and post I-129F petition file. The 4th folder was included information about my ex-wife such as her driver license, her utilities bills and my 3 year income tax to show that I am no longer living together with my ex-wife. I mailed out on July 22, 2011.:thumbs::dance:

Congrats! One down and one to go! Are you planning on going to interview?

for sure. I missed her interview last time when I filed for I-129F. I don't want to repeat the same mistake again. I need to support her on her important day. I will make my office to allow me to take vacation on her interview day. I am so excited now.
