I received a notification for a RFE yesterday.

While going through my stuff today to see what is actually missing I realized that they never took my chest x-ray at the POE. Prior to filing my AOS I redid the entire medical for the form I693 and also had a TB skin test done.

Is it still possible that the RFE is for the missing x-ray??

They don't need the xray unless your entire first medical from your country was lost. Your first medical has papers from the xray that was done.

I have my Xray cd sitting in a box because they did not want nor need it, so do many other people.

Wait until you get the RFE and see what it is.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The X-ray CD was yours to keep. You were not supposed to hand it over at your POE, or send it in with your AOS. That is not what your RFE will be asking for.
