k1 case pending

hi i just submitted the photocopy of my sons crba and us passport at US embassy Manila thru 2go courier.Yesterday they already delivered it to US embassy,and just today i emailed US embassy regarding my visa status. US embassy emailed me back with this noticed,THE CASE IS PENDING REVIEW BY A CONSULAR OFFICER.WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE THE REVIEW IS COMPLETED. what does this means?did they received my submiited documents already?and in consuls hands? PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME IDEA ON THIS EMAIL THAT I RECEIVED THANK YOU.

what does this means?

it means that the CO will have to review/study it first and that they will let you know when it's done.

oh ok!thank you sis! iam just worried if they received my documents already thats when 2go delivered it already to usem yesterday i emailed usem just to find our if they received it already.how will i have to wait til i hear from them again?should i call or email again?how often?

Be patient sis. For sure they will notify you as soon as they can if all neccessary actions are taken with regards to your case. Have faith and don't worry too much, darating din visa mo sa doorstep mo.hehe. Please don't be sorry asking questions sistah, it's alright, no worries! Wag ka masyado mag alala, tatanda ka ng maaga nyan!hehehe, joke lang po.
