Hi everyone,

this what happen;

my wife enter Us 01/2010 on B1/B2 visa

we got married 06/10

I was GC holder then

applied for I 130 in 06/10

her visa i-94 expired 07/10

in 10/10 was called by ICE but in Removal P but no court date yet( as of today)

in 11/10 I-130 got approved

in 04/11 I became US-citizen

in 08/11 sent her I-485/I-765 with all sporting Document ( approval I-130 exct...)

What will happen?

Have you notified USCIS that you have obtained US citizenship?
