Finally received our approval after 128 days, Great , now on to guangzhou . Hopefully we can be together by xmas . Hope the rest of you dont have to wait as long . CSC was so kind to inform me that this was my second approval and that I was on a list for multiple petitions. Guess they had to dampen the approval by threating that this was the last approval without waiver. Anyway , Goodbye CSC and bring on Guangzhou embassy. Kassy and I both wish everyone the happiness they deserve and let time move with gods speed. :luv:

Excellent news. Congratulations!!

We too are hoping for quick processing in Guangzhou, but we're preparing for the worst. We remain optimistic, but unless they speed things up it will probably be another 5-6 months. Hope we are wrong!

3/4/06: I-129F Sent to CSC

3/14/06: NOA1

7/21/06: IMBRA RFE received by CSC

8/22/06: NOA2

9/8/06: Case arrives at NVC

9/16/06: NVC departure letter received

9/22/06: Left NVC bound for China

10/6/06: Case arrives at Guangzhou consulate

10/20/06: Received Packet 3

10/26/06: Sent DS-230 back to consulate

11/9/06: Sent OF-169 back to consulate

11/17/06: Received Packet 4

11/25/06: Completed Medical Exam in Beijing

12/15/06: Interview in Guangzhou (Success!!)

12/19/06: Received K-1 visa

1/12/07: Entered U.S. (POE: SFO)

July 3, 2006 We had received for asking more evidence

July 4, 2006 We sent back right away

July 11, 2006 They had got our REF

July 12, 2006 TOUCHED

Sep 18, 2006 Got approved.............Yes!!

Sep 28, 2006 Received NOA2

2005

01-03 Rico gets his B2 visa

02-28 Rico comes back to TX for a 6 months visit

09-26 Paula Jo comes back to Germany and stays until end of October

12-08 Rico comes back to TX and stays until February 20, 2006

2006

04-13 Paula Jo has mailed off Petition I-129F to TSC

04-17 Petition I-129F arrived with TSC in Mesquite, TX

04-21 NOA 1 (Paula Jo receives it on 04-26)

05-10 Paula Jo comes to Germany and stays until June 9

06-30 IMBRA RFE 1 arrives

07-03 IMBRA RFE mailed back

08-24 Received RFE #2

08-28 Mailed off RFE#2 requested papers

09-11 Updated and NOA2 FINALLY APPROVED!

10-03 NVC received our case

10-05 Our case left NVC for consulat in Frankfurt/Germany

10-10 our case arrived with consulat in Frankfurt

01 Nov 2006- Visa been Issued wooohooooo

14 Nov 2006- Recieved Passport with K1 Visa and a Sealed Envelope

23 Nov 2006- POE Chicago..way easy..asked easy questions, boarded the flight for Phoenix to meet me lol!!

21 Dec 2006- Recieved the SSN

16 Dec 2006- Got Married with my Jatin woooohoooooo!!!
