Anybody here received an RFE for using Philippines passport size photos?

My wife sent me a Philippine passport size 1.5 x 2 inches for her DS-230. I totally forgot that the passport size should be 2 x 2 inches. Anybody here received an RFE after sending 1.5 x 2 inches Philippine Passport size for their Visa? I'm not sure if i should wait for an RFE or just send now a correct passport size which is 2 x 2 inches... Thanks!

08/10/2011: Case Completed / Sign In Failed
08/12/2011: Interview date assigned : September 19, 8:30am @ USEM... Yay!
09/19/2011: WIFE'S VISA APPROVED!!! Thank YOU Lord!
09/23/2011: Wife picked up her VISA..
10/24/2011: POE: J.F.K.-NY

ROC

08/26/2013: i-751 mailed

08/28/2013: i-751 received per USPS tracking...

08/29/2013: NOA receipt date

10/04/2013: Biometrics appointment

I did a k-1 and did not get RFE for that. However, I am making sure to take the correct size to the embassy. I would wait for the rfe and just have them on hand in case they do you send an RFE for it.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)
