June Approval Waiting For NVC#

Business day #12. No dice :wacko:

During our time (a month ago) NVC was not acknowledging the receipt of case numbers till 30 days. We had to send copies of NOA2 after 15 business days to inquire but still those didn't help much. After around 30 days they gave us Case number and in another 2 days they entered the case into their system for us to start paying AOS fee and send out DS-3032 (actually, we sent the DS-3032 as soon as we got the case numbers).

Now it looks like they acknowledging the receipt of the case in a couple of days (it at least removes the tension regarding possible loss of papers in the transit). So you may expect the case to be entered around 20 - 30 days from the ancknowledgement. In some other thread one of of us informed that NVC is trying to do this in 10 days (may be business days). Cheer up and check AVR and with Operator daily.

ok guys..i am leaving from here i am not coming back on this forum.

i did not get any help yet so how can i get my case# fast. its 2 months ago nothing yet.

NVC is suckssssssssss.

I understand your frustration.

My parents keep telling me this statement: This is a government process, they will test your patience many times in this process. Be Strong.

None of us here can do anything with your case or any of our cases directly. It's out of yours and our hands....

He is highly frustated and the reasons are valid and hence that message - one needs to vent out ones frustation to feel a little free. He will overcome his frustation soon - it looks like NVC is trying to tighten their belt and hopefully he will get his Case number/ IIN/ AOS fee... soon.

I really don't know how to comfort you. I am really mad at NVC for not understand each case by it's merits and take up long pending cases like your ASAP, since others who got approved after you - like me and a few others even got interview dates in September. I am really praying for you in my daily prayers - the best I can do. May the good Lord comfort you and grant you His favor in completing your NVC process.

i am totally heartbroken..can't do anything..

2 days talk to supervisor she said give us 10 to 20 days to put up your information in system.

i called congress office talk to her she said i send them email i did not get any response from NVC.

but yesterday i got email from her she said This matter is still under investigation and as soon as a final response is received I will forward it to you.

i am lost in this world. i don't know why god doing this to me... :crying: :crying: :crying:
