I am going to fill an I 864 for my grand father it's been retired more than years ago.

I would like to know if you guys can help me out since he doesn't fill income tax in the last few years

And he is only live on social security should I write in every part of the I 864 where the require the amount that he makes

And then send a joint cosponsor I 864 along with his I 864.

Send a cover letter explaining that your grandfather's sole income is from Social Security, and he does not have tax returns for the last three years because he was not required to file since his income is below the threshold requiring him to file.
