TRansfer from CSC to USCIS

A week ago we got an e-mail stating that our I-485 application was transferred to CSC, which people say is good as it speeds up processing. A few minutes ago we got another e-mail saying it was now transferred to USCIS. Is this normal?

Yes, it actually means that CSC has now received it (USCIS office = CSC).

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014
