Congrats to all who have been approved!! And good luck to those with interviews coming up soon!!

We are waiting for stupid vaccination records before fiance feels he should schedule the interview. I am really tired of waiting, but we are so close now and I really have no reason to complain. It will feel so weird not to be in a perpetual state of waiting soon! :)

blah!! belgium sent the police certificate WITH THE WRONG NAME ON IT! completely misspelled his last name and the consul wont accept it. he's going down to brussels tomorrow to get this fixed. GRR.

Just to confirm, the DS Forms that can be signed before the interview are...the DS230 Part 1 and the DS156, right?

Day 1 (4/24/12): Sent I-131, I-765, I-485 via FedEx to Chigago

Day 3 (4/26/12): Delivered

Day 7 (4/30/12): 3 Texts/Emails Received with April 26th NOA1 Date

Day 8 (5/01/12): Check Cashed

Day 12(5/05/12): Biometrics Appt. Letter received (for 5/25/12)

Day 31(5/24/12): Successful Walk-in Biometrics

Day 73(7/04/12): Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 78(7/09/12): 2nd Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 79(7/10/12): Notification EAD/AP has been mailed and Notification EAD/AP Picked up by USPS

Day 81(7/12/12): EAD/AP card arrives!

Day 88(7/19/12): Interview for AOS: Approved!

Day 96(7/27/12): Green Card in Hand!!

It seems this is a big week for some of our August filers! All the best to all who are interviewing this week. Can't wait to hear your good news!

For me, I'm starting week 4 of 'no interviews available' at my consulate. <sigh> I was really hoping to be moved and married in May, but it's mid March and I still can't even book the interview. :( Ah well. It'll happen when it happens. No point in stressing about it, right?

that might be embassy specific so check the packet 3/webiste instructions for your country :)
