Well, all I know is that we weren't approved...yet.

Oh no! I hope you can get the police report quickly and get this sorted out. :(

The K-1 Visa journey for myself and my two K-2 children:

K-1: NOA1 2011-8-10; NOA2 2012-1-12; Interview 2012-4-24; Visa issued 2012-9-17; POE (Sarnia) 2012-9-26; Wedding! 2012-10-02
AOS: NOA1 2012-11-20; Biometrics 2012-12-14; AP/EAD approved 2013-1-11; Interview 2013-1-31; 2-yr Green cards in hand 2013-2-9 (101 days total)

ROC: NOA1 11-7-14; Biometrics 12-1-14; 10-yr Green cards ordered 4-13-15! (157 days total)

Counting down to naturalization time!

Me too! He's calling Belgium first thing in the morning and the consulate after. They didn't really explain much to him about anything except that he NEEDS that form. Everything else was perfect. I hope he doesn't have to pay for a second interview? :unsure:

oh, and they asked a little bit about our age difference... specifically whether MY mom was okay with him being 17 years older than me, lol. Ummm, she is a cosponsor, I assume she'd be okay with it! :bonk:

he should be able to just submit the document and then the embassy will issue the visa. he shouldnt need another interview. did they tell him what to do with the police certificate when he got it??

No! They didn't actually. They mentioned another meeting to drop off the passport and paperwork and I think they said he has to schedule it. I dunno, either he was so upset he didn't listen, or they didn't specify. Sucks that we are stuck waiting until tomorrow to find info :( it's driving us crazy NOW! lol

I'm sorry to hear that Briit&Marco and the waiting is crazy, but the good thing is, that as soon as you have submitt the police record, you will be approved :)
