I am so happy. Our petition has been APPROVED!!!!!!!! Just got the notice in the mail, so email or text and the website is not updated, but I have the botice itself, so that is all that counts. My senator called on Tuesday and were told that an officer was working our peition and the approvalis dated for 2/1/2012, so I think it helped. Ahmed and I still can't believe it and now the next steps begin.

That is awesome Congratulations....So happy for you!!!!! We still have not heard anything, despite our Senator contacting them via email...

We were surprised on Saturday. Stayed up late Friday night praying and hoping to get text or email, so really was think it would not be happening this week. I pray all my fellow August filers get their NOA2' s soon.

Yep and I have gotten the were working on July 10th call back in two weeks were working on August 21st call back in weeks reply. So today I emailed the follow-up email address when your not getting anywhere with customer service and waiting to see if that will do something or if I will get the same August 21st reply. According to customer service rep we have no RFES just waiting on an decision to be made supposedly. :blink:

I always spoke to a Tier 2 operator because my case would always come up not found by the first person who answered the phone. One told me they dont see any RFE's and he was assigned an alien # and that is usually a good indicator and to just wait for a decision that was over a month ago. So yeah they were unhelpful as well.
