I hope soon all August filers start posting about the visa process through the embassy so us September filers can start receiving NOA2s!!

Hey anybody knows what is happening with August filers that sent their I129 applications to TEXAS.. TSC has not shown any movement in last month. What's happening???, I am worried.. I received my letter NOA1 from Vermont, but I am watching my timeline as a Texas filer. Any help or news anyone?

texas dont process the I-129F... they just forward it to the appropriate service centre. if your NOA1 says vermont then it is vermont that you need to be watching so you need to change your details :)

You're not a Texas Service Center filer, you just sent your K1 visa petition to the Texas lockbox like everybody. TSC doesn't process K1 visa, and lots of people do the mistake. Your petition is in Vermont Service Center.

Got my letter from the NVC today! Dated 12/22/11. I've noticed a few people from the NL approved on the same dates have received packet 3 already but my fiancé is here in the USA. This is the one time I want him in Holland :D

If it's over 5 months, better to call your congressman and see if they can speed up the process a lil bit faster. Calling the USCIS hotline will not help since they have like 14 list of answers to all sorts of inquiries asked from them, so it's useless.

Jose&Rocio... this is my second time around in this process. My NOA2 was received in early January which surprised me because I assumed there would be lots of absences at USCIS due to the holidays. Hold on a bit longer.. it will come. :D

got it approved on dec. 15th now waiting for the nvc to put it into system. been 2 weeks already

We were approved on Dec 5th. Still NOT at the NVC.

They said they haven't received it from USCIS yet.

What a disgrace!
