Got my NOA2! No text or email or anything. Checked Monday morning and it said approved! Got the letter in the mail- it is dated December 13!

nothing has come out of VSC in 5 days. CSC are firing them out... they are just all mid-late july

I know, the timelines on here are not really accurate, but it says...

Processing Times VSC: 133 as of December 22nd, 2011

so, we received our NOA1 on August 11th, 2011 and that makes 133 days of today! So, where is my approval???

I know, that we won't get it anymore this year! I just have this feeling :(

I also just received my NOA2. No text or email was received but it was approved Dec 17 at VSC. Also, the USCIS website was not updated to show the application as approved until tonight. There may be more of you out there with approvals, but no way of knowing.

Just checked the USCIS website and still same date as before. I was hoping that it would say that our petiton was approved and we sent you the NOA2. I know it has only been just a a little over 4 months, but it sure would be a nice present to receive it sooner.

I received the NOA2 in the mail last night.

We got a text and email yesterday that we have an RFE We are so disappointed. I called USCIS to find out what it's for and they said they have no access to that information and I have to wait for the letter. So I have no way of getting ready what they need. I went back through the application trying to spot any errors or missed signatures and could find nothing. I'm worried it's something big that may delay us significantly.

Hey Vjers!!!

Today was the 22nd of Decemeber, and was really really down seeing a whole lot of aug filers being approved, and noticed on of the posts submitted by a user, that they got their NOA2 in mail, without and e notification or text! So then, I thought of calling USCIS , and spoke to an operator and she basically read the whole script of a "case being under proccess" which is the same thing you read when you check your status online..

So, as I ended my day , hoping it may get approved tomorrow or day after tmrw, raising my hopes and to get this thing off from my head , I got busy shopping for new yrs buying gifts for whole family... And as soon as I entered my building, I opened the mailbox.. And there I saw an envelope from USCIS !!!

AND GOT MY APPROVAL!!!!! Thanks Allah!!!

So the summary to all my VSC filers,,, keep checking your mailbox and be patient!! the whole notification system is unreliable!!!

Ok, december 16 we got RFE letter via mail.. now officially, they updated the USCIS website and it says:

"Request for Evidence Response Review"

On December 21, 2011, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.

Our RFE arrived in the mail today. They specifically wanted a copy of my passport front page and the page showing my Irish customs stamp. Sent it off.
