Hey how did you get that timeline with an estimated delivery date??

I made it myself. lol. I knew the estimated delivery date because I mailed it through fedex so I got a tracking number with it.

Ooh, good question. My fiance read it to me after midnight and hasn't forwarded it to me yet, so forgive me, but I'm going on sleepy memory....

The gist of it was that the petition had been received and was being forwarded to the California Service Center. Also that we/he would be receiving a hard copy of the notification in the mail and there would be a number on it that we/he can use on the web site to track the petition and not to try to use the web site until the hard copy is received.

I think that's about it.

I got my NOA1 today!! :D I got it while I was talking to my fiance and I was like AAAHHHH GUESS WHAT!! They received it on the 9th, that was quick!! California Service Center, here we come!! :)

Grr.. my papers were sent back today because my petitioner(finace) signed the NTO slot. But everything else is doing great except that he signed something that's not supposed to be signed. Anyways, they enclosed a page saying it's should be given priority since it was sent back to us.

Hi I was thinking of sending my K1 I-129F petition on September because we were waiting for my fiance's passport from the Philippines, but I would like to ask if a photocopy of his passport and birth certificate is indeed needed when filing the I-129F? because if not then I can send the petition end of August. Thanks :)

You don't need your fiance's birth certificate. I included all pages of my fiance's passport because there were entry/exit stamps verifying that we've met in the last two years. I would just include the passport if there's stamps in it. :)
