mines back too but i dont think they fixed the lack of NOA2 problem... well not for CSC anyway. i just read that there processing date is june 16th lol

VSC do seem to be approving quite a few from the end of july so i think the early august filers should be hearing something very very soon

I just heard from my attorney (I still don't know why I got one) that she filed a petition in mid July and it just got approved! So, she told me I should expect to hear something from USCIS within the next 4 weeks!

So, lets hope and cross fingers cause this would mean, not just me, would hear something from them, fellows :))

I am not seeing all of these mid July/early August approvals that people mention in Igor's list..where are you looking?

AOS From K-1 Visa (POE 4/6/12)

Day 1 (4/24/12): Sent I-131, I-765, I-485 via FedEx to Chigago

Day 3 (4/26/12): Delivered

Day 7 (4/30/12): 3 Texts/Emails Received with April 26th NOA1 Date

Day 8 (5/01/12): Check Cashed

Day 12(5/05/12): Biometrics Appt. Letter received (for 5/25/12)

Day 31(5/24/12): Successful Walk-in Biometrics

Day 73(7/04/12): Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 78(7/09/12): 2nd Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 79(7/10/12): Notification EAD/AP has been mailed and Notification EAD/AP Picked up by USPS

Day 81(7/12/12): EAD/AP card arrives!

Day 88(7/19/12): Interview for AOS: Approved!

Day 96(7/27/12): Green Card in Hand!!

I am not seeing all of these mid July/early August approvals that people mention in Igor's list..where are you looking?

A August 02 K1 from VSC was approved yesterday! Lets hope VSC keeps the ball rolling.

Ours was approved today....YEA so happy. Our NOA1 date was 8-4-2011 with VSC. My baby is asleep but I had to TXT her the awesome news.
