Good luck to you. Hope u get approve soon afer sending RFE back. If u at CSC then u will be approve fast but if u at VSC then its a lot longer. I got RFE back in september 8. Its been 6 weeks and still waiting for approval from VSC. Im not trying to discourage you just FYI.

Ha it's okay. I am already okay with a longish wait. At least the next thing is an approval. We are at CSC so it may be quick it may be slow. As long as I'm there to marry Erica in January it doesn't matter.

if i saw just 1 approval a day from VSC on here i would feel like things where moving along but yeah it is very depressing when you see nothing from them at all

My USCIS side didn't work for a long time, but now it does! I put my case to the 'my portfolio' so I receive an update by E-mail. It says: receipt number, e-mail alert, mobile alert, last update, form number, form title. the last update says it was on the 10/18/2011. It says just the date and nothing else... Does anyone know what that means??

The wait is so hard, and to see it slow down and even stop on approvals makes it even harder. Really was hoping to get NOA2 by the end of the year, and trying to stay postive that it could still happen that way.

the last update is just when the file was last touched but that doesnt mean they actually worked on it... they might of moved it from one shelf to another lol. i dont know if you know or not but if you click on your receipt number it will take you to a case status screen
