how do I contact DOS.?

This is taking so long... Does morocco just not schedule interviews during Ramadan??? y havent they sent out package 3 yet. its been 5 weeks now. I want to wait to hear from them by next week and then im calling DOS. but doesnt neone know the number? or how can i find the number or can i email them about the status of our petition?

Received by USCIS: 3/8/2011

NOA:3/10/2011

NOA2:06/21/2011

Case# received from NVC: 07/1/2011.

got packet 3/4: Aug/4/2011

Interview: Sept 21st 2011

DOS number is 202-663-1225...

DOS normally tracks a case after the interview process but it cannot hurt to call. It took us over 3 months from time the application was approved until we got an interview date.

The embassy received our papers on August 8th and our interview wasn't until Oct 5th, this is how long we had to wait.

omg wow....r u kidding me??? thats 2 months.
