OK, so I can't believe this and really never thought I would have the privilege of writing this so soon. I do feel kind of bad on the one hand because I know that so many others have waited and are waiting much longer, so please understand that this post is not meant in a gloating manner at all.

I thought I should post here only to give all my fellow VSC'ers some hope. I just got my email and text saying that we got our NOA2, just shy of 3.5 months after our NOA1 date (April 20)!

So everyone hang in there-- Vermont has really sped up!

Good luck and love to everyone!

Also, for anyone wondering, we were #222 on Igor's list when we got approved.

This might be a stupid question, but what's Igor's list, please???

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T
