Sending out I-751. What you guys think of Evidence?

So it has been a long 5 years from the date we got engaged until now, sorry for not filling in the timeline, will do that in a bit =)

Finally our I-751 needs to be filed for my wife's 10 year GC. I am sending it out tomorrow, here is the list of stuff I am sending in. Would this be good enough? I live in Southern California, Riverside so getting utilities in both name is just not possible and plus we live with my Dad and most of the stuff is in his name except the gas bill, that is in mine and our internet bill is in my wife's name. Any suggestions? Wife is still a student, and I am just working full time, just barely graduated, finally!
