You don't have a timeline so it's hard to say. Did you get RFE for the medical? Was your case transferred to CSC? Did you receive interview notice? Need more info.

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014

You don't have a timeline so it's hard to say. Did you get RFE for the medical? Was your case transferred to CSC? Did you receive interview notice? Need more info.

Yes we did have our interview and that went well until they asked for another medical to be done, so that very day we went in and had the medical completed it that week and mailed it to the address that was given to us, apparently it was the same address as our interview was.

did the bio/interview now just waiting to receive my green card in the mail. They received in back on July 5Th, so just wondering why it is taking so long! :crying:
