Hello VJ members. I want to ask an advise and tips senyo who nakaranas ng ganito

My interview held last Monday July 29,2011 at 8:30am . the Consul Officer on my final Interview said wait my name to be called on window 73. She never say that my visa is approved. My name was called and the man in the window told me to get new NBI clearance that having my corrected surname.

here's the story about my Birth Certificate.

My last name was corrected by the civil local registrar last 2005, from GARLINDOS to GARLINDAS. the man in window 73 said that I need to get new NBI clearance with A.K.A of my corrected name.

now My question is I went to NBI same day after I was interviewed I get new NBI Clearance and I put on the A.K.A name is GARLINDAS de STINGERS,MARISSA y ATIENZA .. I want to ask if I get the right one that the Consul asking from me.

Or dapat ba ang nilagay so sa A.K.A is GARLINDAS ,MARISSA y ATIENZA?

me ganito ba senyo naka experience? hindi binanggit na visa approved na ko,

after ba ma send ito sa kanila eh visa approved na ba?

PLS... answer po... sobra na i stress na ko and worried if after ko maipasa e approve ba ako or what.. and gaaano ba katagal maghintay sai deliver yung visa if naipasa ko na yung hinihingi nilang new NBI sakin?

I think it's okay as long as Garlindos is corrected. The guy told you to get a new one with a corrected name, right? So your name would be Marissa Atienza Garlindas Stingers.

The Consul Officer that interviewed me on my final interview asked a new NBI with my old surname na GARLINDOS... Now I'm really so confused if tama ba yung nilagay ko sa A.K.A na full name ko nilgay ko with my married surname instead Marissa Ateinza Garlindos lang...

No. So you're confused if it should be your maiden name or your married name? I don't think it matters since they are particular about your Garlindos/Garlindas issue only.

I believe you're approved. They only need your corrected NBI clearance for them to issue your visa.

Hopefully sana nga.. kasi sakit sa ulo mag isip after all these papers process!

did u submit NBI clearance with ur name Garlindas during ur interview? as what i understand of it, the consul like u to submit one with ur old name in the bc which is Garlindos..or u can get a new NBI clearance again with ur correct name Garlindas with A.K.A. Garlindos

Yes I did sent. and yes again, what ur thinking is right. they wanted me to get new NBI clearance with A.K.A of Garlindos.... which is added sadness to me because they will release it by Aug. 18 coz my name have hit or same name... I hope in JESUS name my new NBI with AKA will have negative results
