Actually was expecting this RFE and I believe it is just the IMBR RFE and should be simple to turn around. Any forward progress is a bonus in my book. I am not sad about his just happy for the movement.

Man I can't believe it, I just got a RFE TOO!!! I'm sad now. :(

Well, that's what I get, I was dying to be touched. My question now is, is there any way for me to know the contents of the RFE ahead of time. I mean, it was mailed out today so I guess I have to wait until it arrives in the mail. But is there anything I can do now? Do they send out this information via email if you signed up for email updates on the uscis site?

04/08/07: U.S. ENTRY at LAX

04/23/07: Married in Vegas

02/08/08: Name check has cleared, Notice welcoming new resident is mailed out

02/12/08: Card Production ordered, woohoo

02/15/08: Notice welcoming new resident is received

02/21/08: GREEN CARD IN HAND

08/23/08: After 7 years together . . . Religious wedding ceremony and HUGE PARTY in Jalisco, Mexico (we deserve it)

08/24-08/30: Spend our honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico

Good for you 'cus after the IMBRA RFE things should speed up.

UclaCutie, there's no way of knowing the contents of an RFE before it arrives in the snail mail, you just have to hang in there and wait for it.
