I notice the Visa fees for I-129F has changed to $400.00. I knew it was $350.00 a few months ago.

Show the link where you see its $400 for the visa fee.

It has been $350 since July 13th 2010. There has been no new announcements raising the fee again that I have seen.

It is $340 not 350 nor 400 don;t know where you go that from but this is from USCIS now.

$340. (There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen.)

Divorced !st November 2012.

Sorry for the mixed up. I was told by the U.S Embassy in Guyana that the fees are still $350

I paid $340 when I submitted my K-1 Petition (I-129F) back in January.

Pay attention please. That is the petition fee. The OP is talking about the VISA fee which is 350$.
