Hello fellow members,..these situations i have been asking questions about are 2 different persons.

1. Was married to a black man with 2 kids and is already a legal resident eventhough she married her husband now while she was still married in the Philippines. She has her 10 yr green card but could not file for her citizenship and she wants to bring her daughter from the Philippines here. (she's here in GA)

2.The second person came here multiple times on a tourist visa and finally married her bf here(she has 3 kids in the Phils- no kids with her husband now) while on a tourist visa still and marriage in the Phils. was not finalized yet at the time of marriage. She filed AOS last year and still no extension letter or approval and no green card either. She is in Texas now.

I understand that the other post was deleted because iknow for a fact she committed immigration fraud and the reason why i asked is because i wanna know if what i told her was right.

I have no intention to post here for people to get confused. If the post needs to be deleted then i would understand.

Well correct me anyone please but both cases are just wrong. No1 have no idea how she got a 10yr GC as she committed Bigamy and USCIS if they know this she wont get Citizenship and neither she should. She broke the dam law.

No 2 same she was still married as her divorce was not final and she married here a USC. Not sure how either of these happened as you have to prove that you are free to marry so they lied hey as they did not show divorce papers. Cause they did not have one yet derrrr My thoughts are the poor USC or were they in on this too?:wow:

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

Definitely they lied on the immigration form, my best guess is that they marked as never married on their form instead of divorced.

If they would had marked divorced CO would had asked to see their divorce papers.

Ppl like these are to be blamed for extra scrutiny put in by the USCIS and other govt agencies, in return delaying others cases.

In both cases, LPR status (well, one is trying to get LPR status) were obtained under false pretenses. Anything and everything they do

with regards to immigration will put scrutiny on them. They continue to lie every time they fill out required forms. Boy, I sure hate to be in

their shoes. I can't imagine living like that and always in the back of your mind that ICE can come knocking on your door to kick you out

of the country and never be allowed to come back!
