Baby born after DS230 submitted

We have an approved I-140 petition and are currently going through the DS-230 form filling process. We have a baby due at the end of September and originally the plan was to try to get the interview in London before the baby was born, which meant that the baby could initially enter the US visa-free (and saves us $794). However, due to delays in getting paperwork from another country, it's now likely that we'll submit our DS230 forms and evidence, then the baby will be born, then we'll have the interview with the visas issued (hopefully!).

As I understand it, NVC in New Hampshire will, at some point, transfer the paperwork from their base to the London embassy. So when we have the baby, birth certificate, and passport in hand, what do we do - and where do we do it? Send a DS-230 to New Hampshire with the evidence? Or to London? And what about the $794 (immigrant visa fee)?

We're both British citizens (though the wife is also Filipino) and living in the UK.

Thanks.
