I am filing for my fiancee in Ghana to come and join me.I am filing as early as next week and I have gathered all the necessary documents.my problem is that I think I may have too much paperwork and it may be too much for anyone to go through.I have all the necessary forms.I-129, G-325A etc.My problem is that in proving that we have a relationship, I have my phone records from the last time we actually met, which was November 2010 to current(July 2011) My phone records are about 28 pages on average, showing all the texts and calls we send one another.I think this is too much.Do you suggest maybe a few months worth of phone records? instead of 10 months worth? The rest of the evidence such as cards, letters and emails are not quite as many or bulky.

In this case is less more? or should I just send them everything I have?

thanks.

If you have been callig for 10 months could you just not add maybe 1-2 per month not all of them. Your cards and so on I truly don't believe is necessary, just 2-3 emails per month would suffice. Can you imagine being a USCIS officer and seeing a mountain of paperwork for an application? Some will say more is better but it comes down to common sense really Don't you think. All the cards and emails and letters can be used at interview stage basically they want to know that you have met in the last 2 years and you have proof of that as in air line tickets, boarding passes photos of the 2 of you dated and written where they are taken. Your letter of intent to marry signed by both. Just my opinion Then again depends on country of beneficiary too so maybe stronger proof is needed.

I too will be sending my packet off in the coming weeks and I sent my phone records from the time we started talking on our long distance service provider for international calling and that dates back to January of 2010 about 2 birthday cards one from me to him and vice versa and a email he wrote to me after our engagement. I dont think it hurts to front load although I agree with the poster above if too bulky than just show 2 to 3 months at a time. I would front load just my opinion.

In Ghana they like to see that kind of evidence at the interview. I would include a few records here and there but keep the bulk of it for the interview.

Good luck.

Thank you.I agree, a couple of months worth of phone records should be sufficient.I do have airline tickets and pictures as well. The last thing I want to do is to overburden a case officer with too much information which in this case seems unnecessary.i will just send two when we first started talking to the most current date.thanks for all your input and advice.
