Intent to Revoke process

Hello, we will be receiving the intent to revoke notice. Can anyone tell me the process and what kind of additional proof do i need to send to stop this intent to revoke? Is there a sample notice online anywhere that i can look at?

I hope that someone can help me, as me and my husband live together in his country and this is just riduculous.

The noir will state that they have reviewed the returned petition and find that it should be revoked. They will state the main reason at least. You should have some clue from the interview what went wrong. It will give you 60 days to have your response back to them. You need to gather up whatever you are planning on using to refute their claim and prepare an arguement back at them as to why their logic is wrong. You may want to seek legal assistance if you can afford it.

Thanks for your help, i appreciate it. The only thing my husband said was that they focused on me cause i didnt work when living in America i was on disability. But now im off of it and working as a teacher in my husbands country. And we do have sponsorship for my husband. I will put together a big box of proof for them.
