I might be wrong and I have questions myself. Same subject. Precious One is already approved and a done deal. Approved....

I'm guessing a Copy of the NOA2 is pastence now and the MNL # is more important. Have scanned copies of both I would think. Copy or Original of Payment to BPI. Medical Fees paid up front.

I question just ONE 2x2 Passport picture. (?) Am I incorrect?

it's 15,400 for visa fee...they asked me to print the appointment letter 2 copies NVC letter with MNL case number and NOA2 and 3 pictures 2x2..they opened 6 am so u better be there early bec it's first come first serve.and also a photocopy of your passport! it's a two day medical first day is physical exam and the 2nd day is the result! the next day bring ur receipt and give to the guards assigned there and they will instruct you if you passed especially the xray..if not u will undergo sputum test that lasts for 2 months.if u passed then you're ready for ur interview! you will get vaccinated on the 2nd floor and after that sit and relax and wait for your name to be called for the results of your CD X-RAY personal copy along with the vaccination statement! goodluck gurl!
