Hey VJ fam!

Good news....I can stop stressing now...kind of, our I-129f Rejected packet came back...Finally. It was rejected because I over paid. So now here is my question....I am preparing to resubmit it, but on the papers there are some printed numbers and codes on every page (on the right side of the page vertically), so 1.) Do I resubmit the same package?(the ones with the codes printed on them) 2.) Is it ok for me to insert more papers into the package? even though they will not have a printed code on them and 3.) Do I keep the I-797C form?

Thank you for the help~~

Just be sure to make a cover letter headlining what NEW information you are submitting. This being in context with any communication they sent you, informing what info they are missing. Don't get cute with them.....We know it is a temptation, just don't.

i just resent my packet back with new/right amount along with the letter and rejection notice they sent back with my rejected package, and got a noa1 a few days later...

hopefully anyday now i'll c my noa2 QQ

Every minute felt like an eternity time, clearly as if it had malicious intent, slowly ebbing away from me. I clenched my teeth, and keeping myself from crying was the only thing I could do…

Hey! Feel free to hang out with the July class even though you'll get your new NOA in August. I feel bad since we originally filed on the same day... sad.gif

But who knows, maybe we'll both get through at the same time!

And don't forget the G-1145 this time! Otherwise you'll always be checking your mail instead of your phone or your computer...

Thank you for the helpful info, :) I did add a couple things, but I did not include the rejection notice aka I-797C, but only because it said to jeep for my records, but I did include the green rejection notice because it said to. So I hope that was ok!

And for sure I added the G-1145 form, I think my mail lady was going to put a restraining order against me because I was stalking the mailboxes Hahahaha! I hope everything goes smooth and speedy for you!! :) thanks again! :)
