I-751 August 2011 Filers

On Aug.25 called one of our local House of Rep. for help. This person informed that he talked to USCIS and my case was being reviewed by an agent and should hear from them in the next 30 days. On Aug 27, called our local Senator's office and his assistant was very helpful. She requested that I fill the Privacy Release Form and I sent it right away.

On Aug.1, she informed that my case was approved on July 30 and forward to card production. No online updates/e-mail/text on this day.

Aug.2, received everything :e-mail, text and the Approval Letter in the mail (approved by local office - Philadelphia).

Now, just waiting for the GC!!!

@rlogan, sorry to hear that... Hang in there!!

We're certain at this point it will again require congressional intervention. Because 100% of our interactions with USCIS over the last year have been failure.
