You're right about that, Divorce Waivers has got different thread, it can not be compared here & she can not be listed on 2 different places. Thanks for following.

If you look at the list KIRSTENUK, TRYGGER & CINO (me) have been skipped. TRYGGER hasn't been here for a while, we really don't know what happened.

RYUKAMI has got RFE which will take additional time. CINO(me) & KIRSTENUK are supposed to be approved very soon. I know KIRSTENUK checks in all the time.

Every step of the way right from the fiancee visa they have always taken their sweet time with my case! I'm hoping it all gets approved without a hitch but I must admit....it does make me uneasy to see i've been left behind (TRYGGER hasn't updated for a long time so i'm assuming he/she has been approved by now).

I guess I have to update my own approval . The Approval NOA letter came in the mail from Vermont today, decision date is 06/01/12.

The case status hasn't been updated online, I haven't received any e-mail/text either.

Like you, my case status was also not updated, and I still haven't received any text or emails.... I know some people were getting emails about card production started, but I haven't gotten that as yet either....

Thanks a lot. Yes VSC has picked up a tremendous speed nowadays, especially with us, August filers.

I'm sure you will be adjudicated within this week, mine was adjudicated was on Friday, 06/01/12 & NOA letter mailed on 06/04/12 from Vermont & came to my mailbox today, 06/06/12.

Hi Everyone. I'm a Feb 2012 filer for my wife with the VSC. Can someone who filed with the VSC tell me what is the timeframe for interview in regards to your initial filing date and/or bio date? Thanks. I'm trying to gauge if it's a good idea to travel around Sept.

Hi Jack25, I'm not at all certain whether or not u'd have the green card by September. Hopefully, they're working faster, but as Aug 2011 filers, we are only now getting through with the processing of our applications. That's 10 months after filing!!!

February filer will probably adjudicated sometime in December, so you won't hear anything until December anyway.

You will be perfectly fine for your vacation in September. Mine took almost 10 months (10 months -10 days from NOA date).

Btw, when USCIS starts adjudicating your folder then they decide if they want to call you for an interview.

They give you at least 5-6 weeks notice before the interview anyway.
