Greetings,

have not posted in forever and I thought I would check to see how everyone is fairing out with the process. I did receive an email today stating that my husband's card is in production. We did not have any RFE's or an interview. Our file was received by VSC August 26, 2011. So it is nice to know they finally reached August spite the date on the timeline. Have a blessed one everybody!!

Our "VisaJourney" ended on July 31st, when my husband became a US Citizen!!! Congratulations and Good Luck to all!!!

Dated as 05/24.

Thank you God !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on May 29, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It seems as if they skipped over us entirely. Arrgh!

Sometimes waiting happens due to FBI Name & Fingerprint Check. Without these clearences a case can not be adjudicated. It does not matter what the NOA date is.

Good luck & keep your fingers crossed.
