The USCIS.GOV just updated their processing times. Now it shows august 1. I'm confused...

Oh wow! The one day I didn't bother checking!!!... Thanks for letting me know!. :D That makes it feel a whole lot closer now! :D

I received an RFE today, so its good news in that they are now on August, but not so great that I got an RFE :(

Its probably because we aren't sociable, so we don't have many people to ask for an affidavit from (we omitted them from the packet in the off chance it would work). 2 of the couples we know moved over to Japan last year, so not sure how well affidavits from them will go down, but after I get and send them off I guess we shall find out! lol... *Positive thoughts only* :D

I have personally guessed they would start at the beginning of May, but they started about mid-May. That's really good news.

Hopefully other VSC-August filers including myself would hear something (hopefully not a RFE) before the Memorial Day. (Only 7 working days left).

Sure, affidavits, 'joint financial responsibility' (I already sent bank statements and a tax return) and a will (I never thought about that one before). I'm not too worried, We made another (actually active) joint account since August, also we have another tax return. I will get some affidavits and some miscellaneous stuff and send it along. Should be enough by then.
