Hey Everybody!! Please add me to the August filers!! My 90 days start tomorrow, so I will be sending the packet next week. Just waiting for a couple of affidavits to get in the mail and my bank's letter for the joint account.

HOPEFULLY WE DONT HAVE ANY RFE's!!! I will have the list of the stuff on Monday so you guys can tell me if it looks good.

I have a question: My greencard has my maiden name (in Latin America we use 'two last names') and so my passport issued in Costa Rica. I would like to legally change my name to my husband's name and would like to have my new greencard with his last name. What am I supposed to do for this??

We are putting ours in the mail tomorrow the 8th of August. There are 23 pages total. Supporting material is just stapled together. Insurance has paid for two ceasarians. About $50K total I think. Dental work too. Birth certificates, Joint credit cards and bank accounts, joint vehicle titles and car insurance, utilities, tax returns, affadavits. Money. No pictures.

So we can clock in. I don't know how to do it. I think people are updating this and I will try to learn it, but I have my post here to remind me. First class mail instead of certified this time. Still plenty of time to re-submit if nothing happens.

Our package arrived at the California Service Center on 8/4/11 and the check was cashed today! Hopefully we will be getting that NOA1 soon!

hey guys i got NOA1 in mail on 8 august it says your conditional resident status is extended for one year during the one year you are authorized employment and travel.can someone please update me on the list i dont know how to do that.thank you so much.

11/18/08 - Arrived in U.S. on B2 visa

02/05/09 - Extended return plane ticket to stay for an extra 3 months

04/23/09 - Decided we didn't want to be apart even though we extended the stay and got married!

04/30/09 - Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 from B2 (no I-693 as it is not yet complete.)

05/03/09 - Received email form USPS stating that package had arrived safely and was signed for!

05/11/09 - Received NOA1's for I-130/I-485/I-765

05/16/09 - Received Biometrics Appointment

05/30/09 - Received a CRAZY amount of RFE's that were dated 05/21/09

06/01/09 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled. In and out in 10 minutes!! Sent off RFE information (Should arrive in MO on Wed.)

06/03/09 - USCIS received RFE response

07/23/09 - I called to have a service request put in

07/24/09 - I-765 Touched (FINALLY)

07/25/09 - I-765 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!!!!! (About time!)

08/03/09 - EAD card came in the mail WOOHOO!!!

08/07/09 - Interview letter arrived

09/02/09 - Interview Date

09/07/09 - I think this is the day I received my Green Card.. Can't quite remember anymore.

Removal Of Conditions

08/03/11 - WOW it's already been TWO years! Sent ROC package to VSC.

08/05/11 - NOA1 date which arrived 8/10/2011

09/02/11 - Bio Appointment the notice was dated 8/12/11

My check was cashed today on 8/9. I mailed out my application to California service center on 8/4 by USPS priority with receipt confirmation and it arrived on 8/5.
