So, i'm getting everything together to file the AOS for my soon to be husband :) I was just curious to know if i need to fill out an I-864 or an I-864A form. I will be the sponsor and made $32,000 last year with a part time job. Now i have the same job but full time.

I-864... The I-864A is for a co-sponsor who is a part of your household

glad i asked.....i just followed the tutorial and it gave a link to the 864a

you may also consider the i-864ez... but not the "a"

Yah, sorry I just stared at the forms again. I guess it was the (I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act" part that confused me into thinking that I was filling out the I-864A..... I had the right form I-864
